2.1 Coaching Services and Workshops
We offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and experiential events designed to support your personal growth. Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the session without charge. Bookings made less than 48 hours before a session are considered confirmed and are non-refundable due to reserved capacity and preparation efforts.
2.2 Digital Materials
Our digital guides, e-books, and online courses provide structured pathways to self realization. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase if you encounter a technical issue or are unable to access the materials. To request a refund, complete the form available via Contact Form.
2.3 Physical Products
Our physical items, such as workbooks and kits, are shipped to your designated address. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are due in advance of service delivery or product shipment. Acceptable methods include major credit cards and other standard channels. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the stated amount in the checkout process.
4. Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction and outline below how refunds are handled across our offerings:
- Coaching Services and Workshops: You may reschedule up to 48 hours prior. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to reserved resources and facilitator commitments.
- Digital Materials: Refund requests within 30 calendar days of purchase are eligible, provided you demonstrate genuine access issues or show effort to apply the content. We reserve the right to deny refunds for non-compliance or misuse.
- Physical Products: Return requests within 15 calendar days of receipt are eligible for a refund once products are returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To initiate any refund, submit your request through Contact Form. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We do not offer exchanges for services once a session is attended.
